I ordered a couple Subaru parts online and just picked them up in person since it made more sense that way. It was ready when they said it would be, and I didn’t have to deal with shipping, so that was nice. The only thing was finding the pickup counter took me a minute because it wasn’t really marked that clearly. Other than that, it went smoothly

I did get my refund in the end, it just took a while. Not the fastest process, but it was resolved.

I ordered a couple of filters from SubaruParts.com after spotting a promo code on their site. The deal was laid out clearly, and I liked that it showed which items it applied to before I got to checkout.
